How to Sign in to Spottune Cloud
⚠️ You need an an active Cloud HQ account to access the Spottune Cloud features. If you do not have a Cloud HQ account yet, read our article on How to receive Cloud HQ Access
Log into Spottune Cloud HQ
Go to the Spottune Cloud HQ Login Page
Step 1: Go to Announcements
When on the Landing Page, click the Announcements tab to enter Announcements.
Step 2: Add Announcement
When in Announcements, click the + ADD ANNOUNCEMENT button, to add an Announcement.
Step 3: Browse your files
Click the Announcement File bar to add an Announcement. Your file browser will now pop up.
The following audio file formats are supported in the Spottune Cloud:
.zip, .ogg, .mp3, .flac, .mp4, .wma, .wav, .ra, .rm, .m4b, .dsf
Step 4: Add Songs Confirmation
When you have selected the desired audio files from your file browser, click the ADD button to add the Songs to the playlist.
The Announcement will now be uploaded. Depending on file or folder size, the upload time may take several minutes. Once added you can change the name of the Announcement by clicking the Pencil icon on the right hand side of the Announcement.
🧠Pro tip: Give your Announcement a recognizable name, to make it easier to remember in the future.
When the upload is completed, the Announcement playback from the Spottune Cloud from scheduling with Routines.
