Installing an Omni Track

This guide shows how to install your Spottune Omni Track correctly.

Updated over a month ago

1. Insert the Omni Track into the power track

Insert the Spottune Omni Track into the standard 100–240 V, 50/60 Hz, GA69 compatible, three‑phase power track.

2. Control the direction of the Security Spacers

The security spacers on the three-phased power track and the track adaptor ensure that the Spottune Omni Track can only be mounted in one direction.

⚠️ Important Note

Mounting the Spottune Omni Track in the wrong direction, can result in burning out the internal PSU of the unit, which will render the unit useless.

3. Push the locking lever to fasten the Power Track

Push the locking lever counter-clockwise to fasten the Omni Track to the power track and establish the power connection.

⚠️ Important Note

If you experience any noticeable resistance, when pushing the lever, and you feel that pushing the lever requires use of force, there is a high chance that the GA-69 track adaptor is facing the wrong mounting direction.

4. Control the Phase Wheel position

Use the phase wheel on the track adaptor to select the correct power phase for your installation. You can identify the current phase position of the phase wheel, by inspecting the 'indicator-window' below the locking lever - the indicator will display either: 0, 1, 2 or 3-

5. Pairing your Omni Track, with your Stream

If your Omni Device has never been paired with a Spottune Stream before, the Omni Track will automatically boot up into pairing mode.

When the Omni Track is in pairing mode the indicator LED on the bottom of the unit will be blinking green.

If the Omni Track is NOT in pairing mode by default, you can enable pairing mode by pressing and holding the "pair"-button on top of the speaker for 5 seconds.
