Spottune Omni
The Spottune Omni is available in three different mounting options:
Omni Track
Omni Cord
Omni Recessed (installed using a Recessed Kit)
Omni Controls and Features
Located on top of the speaker, you will find:
Power adapter (Track/cord)
Pair button
Zone button
USB port
USB Port
The USB port is reserved for firmware updates and should not be used for audio playback.
Phase Selection
For Omni Track models, the powering phase can be changed by rotating the phase selector wheel located on the track adapter.

Custom Appearance
If you would like to change the appearance of your speaker, you can install an Omni Cover.
Spottune Stream
The Stream is the audio transmitter of the Spottune system and distributes audio wirelessly to all paired Omni speakers.

Antenna Installation
For optimal wireless performance:
Attach both antennas securely.
Position them upwards.
Angle them slightly outward (V-formation).
Correct antenna positioning helps ensure stable communication between the Stream and Omni speakers.

The front panel contains:
Power button
Zone button
Music Source button
Music control buttons
Microphone button
Selecting a Music Source
Press the Music Source button to switch between the available audio inputs.
Pairing an Omni Speaker
To connect an Omni speaker to a Stream:
Step 1: Put the Stream into Pairing Mode
Press and hold the Zone button on the Stream for approximately 5 seconds.
The Stream will enter pairing mode.
Step 2: Put the Omni into Pairing Mode
Press and hold the Pair button on the Omni speaker for a few seconds.
Step 3: Confirm Pairing
When pairing is successful:
The speaker LED will turn solid green.
Audio can now be transmitted from the Stream to the speaker.
Note
The Stream automatically exits pairing mode after approximately 3 minutes.
Using Zones
Zones allow you to group speakers and control which speakers receive audio.
Changing a Speaker's Zone
To assign a different zone to an Omni speaker:
Press and hold the Zone button on the speaker for approximately 3 seconds.
The speaker will switch to the next available zone.
Selecting Active Zones on the Stream
Press the Zone button on the Stream to cycle through:
Zone 1
Zone 2
Zone 1 + Zone 2
Back to Zone 1
This allows you to play audio in specific areas of an installation.
Speaker Orientation
For best wireless performance, the antenna side of the Omni speaker should always face the Stream.
How to Identify the Antenna Side
The antenna is located behind the side featuring the Spottune logo.
When mounting the speaker:
Ensure the Spottune logo faces towards the Stream whenever possible.
This helps maximize wireless signal strength and system reliability.
Best Practices
To achieve optimal performance:
Mount antennas on the Stream correctly.
Point the Omni logo side towards the Stream.
Use zones to separate areas when required.
Keep firmware updated when new releases become available.
Ensure speakers are paired successfully before installation is completed.
