Spottune Cloud gives you full control of your in-store audio experience across one or multiple locations. From one simple interface, you can manage music distribution, monitor performance, schedule routines, and access system analytics.

Network Requirements

For Spottune Stream to connect to Cloud, the following outbound ports must be open:

  • TCP/80 (HTTP)

  • TCP/443 (HTTPS)

  • TCP/1883 (MQTT)

  • TCP/8883 (MQTT/TLS)

  • UDP/123 (NTP)

  • TCP/53 & UDP/53 (DNS)

Technical Specifications

  • Hosted on AWS (Ireland region) with ISO 27018 certified infrastructure.

  • Built on serverless architecture for scalability and reliability.

  • Uses JWKS tokens and AWS Cognito for authentication and secure user management.

  • All communication is initiated by the Spottune Stream, requiring only outbound traffic.

Supported Formats for Cloud Playback

  • Audio formats: .zip, .ogg, .mp3, .flac, .mp4, .m4a, .wma, .wav, .ra, .rm, .m4b, .aif, .aiff, .aifc, .dsf

  • Spotify Connect supported.
