How to Login to Cloud HQ
⚠️ You need an an active Cloud HQ account to access the Spottune Cloud features. If you do not have a Cloud HQ account yet, read our article on How to receive Cloud HQ Access
Log into Spottune Cloud HQ
Go to the Spottune Cloud HQ Login Page
How to add a Stream to your Location
Step 1: Identify Location of the Installed Stream
From the Location tab, identify the location where the Stream is installed.
Step 2: Add a New Stream
Click the Add Stream button.
Step 3: Enter Stream Details
Fill in the required information:
Device Name (e.g., “Stream – Ground Floor”)
Device ID / CC Number of the Stream (found by holding Play/Pause + Forward on the unit for 5 seconds).
Serial Number of the Stream (found on the back of the Stream unit, beneath the barcode)
Step 4: Stream added
Your Stream is now added to the desired Location.
How to add more than one Stream to a Location
Some installations may require more than one Stream. To add another Stream to your Location, follow the guide below:
Step 1: Go to Location Settings
Click the Location Settings button, on the left hand side of the Location.
Step 2: Add Stream
Click the Add Stream button, to add another Stream.
Step 3: Enter Stream Details
Fill in the required information:
Device Name (e.g., “Stream – Ground Floor”)
Device ID / CC Number of the Stream (found by holding Play/Pause + Forward on the unit for 5 seconds).
Serial Number of the Stream (found on the back of the Stream unit, beneath the barcode)
Another Stream will now be added to your desired Location.
⚠️ Important Notes
A Stream must have an active internet connection to appear in Cloud.
Always double-check that the correct CC number is entered.
One Stream should only belong to one location at a time.
