How to Volume Offset Speakers on Cloud HQ

Sometimes you may need one or more Omni Speakers to play at a different level than the others. This guide will show you how to volume offset individual Omni Speakers on Cloud HQ

How to Sign In to Spottune Cloud

⚠️ You need an an active Cloud HQ account to access the Spottune Cloud features. If you do not have a Cloud HQ account yet, read our article on How to receive Cloud HQ Access

Log into Spottune Cloud HQ

  1. Enter the Stream

    Find the location where your Omni Speakers are located, and press the Stream

  2. Expand Zones

    Expand the Zones of your Speakers by clicking the arrow next to Zone 1 or Zone 2

  3. Identify the Speakers you want to Volume Offset

    • Firstly, press the settings wheel of the individual speakers.

    • Secondly, press the 'Identify Speaker'-button.

    ⚠️This will mute all other than the Selected Omni Speaker, and the Selected Omni Speaker will produce audible beeps, to help you identify the unit.

    🧠Pro Tip: Rename the Omni Speakers when Identified, with a name that is easy for you to remember. This will help you identify the speakers in the future.

  4. Volume Offset Individual Speakers

    Volume Offset the individual speakers, by using the adjustment sliders.
