How to Change EQ Presets on Your Spottune Stream

The Spottune Stream allows you to tailor the sound profile to your specific environment using built-in Equalizer (EQ) presets.

This guide will show you how to change the EQ preset for each zone on your device and explain what each preset does.

Step-by-Step Guide to Changing the EQ Preset

Follow these steps on the front panel of your Spottune Stream device.

Step 1: Enter Settings Mode

To access the internal menu, you first need to put the device into pairing mode.

  1. Press and hold the 'PLAY/PAUSE' button for 5 seconds. The screen will display "WORKING ...MODE...".

  2. Press the 'INPUT' button once. This will take you into the main settings menu.
    ​

Step 2: Navigate to the Preset Menu

  1. In the SETTINGS MAIN menu, use the Volume Down button on the circular pad to scroll down.

  2. Continue scrolling until the > cursor is next to ZONE1 PRESET.

  1. Press the Play/Pause button (the center button on the circular pad) to select it and enter the preset adjustment mode.

Step 3: Select and Confirm Your Preset

  1. The current preset value (e.g., [NULL]) will now be highlighted in brackets.

  2. Use the Volume Up or Down buttons to cycle through the available presets (from NULL to PRESET 9).

  3. When you find the desired preset, press the Play/Pause button to confirm your selection. The brackets will disappear, and the new preset will be saved.

Step 4: Exit Settings Mode

  1. Press the 'INPUT' button once to exit the main settings menu.

  2. Press and hold the 'Play/Pause' button for 5 seconds to exit working mode. The device will return to its normal operation screen.

⚠️ Important Note for Two Zones
The steps above only change the preset for Zone 1. If you use both zones on your Stream, you must repeat the process by selecting ZONE2 PRESET in the menu to ensure both zones have the desired sound profile.
