Before You Begin
Please ensure your Spottune Stream is:
Powered on.
Connected to your network via a LAN/Ethernet cable.
Step 1: Activate the Information Display
Press and hold the Play/Pause button and the > (Next Track) button simultaneously for approximately 6 seconds.
Step 2: View the Device ID
The device's screen will light up and display the Device ID. This ID can be used instead of the serial number to identify and connect your Spottune Stream to the Spottune Cloud.
Step 3: View the IP Address
After a few seconds, the screen will automatically switch to show the main IP Address assigned to the device by your network.
💡 Important Tips
Take a Picture: The Device ID and IP address are only displayed for a few seconds before the screen returns to normal. We highly recommend taking a quick photo with your phone for future reference.
